Sad.
I usually do quite a few. With the previous little miss I painted her room all cute, made a crib skirt & quilt, painted a shelf & end table, made a sign, painted birds on her wall...
And this time I managed to bust out one crocheted blanket. I guess that's what happens to #5? I'm sure I'll be able to get in a few hats at some point too...
The deets on this blanket. I got the pattern from the Lion Yarn Brand page (here: http://www.lionbrand.com/patterns/L10195.html?r=1). It is made of blues & is knitted. I modified it to crochet stitches and other colors. The end sections are both done in a single stitch double stitch pattern. Make a chain, on R1 do a single stitch, ch 1, SS, ch 1, etc. R2 you do a SS into R1's double stitch and a DS into R1's single stitch. The sections in between I just did single stitches in the front loop. (Forgive me with the lack of directions; I'm not very good at giving them out in proper form.)
I used 3 skeins of each color and the finished product is 180 rows.
